Homeland Exterior Emulsion Home Glo Cover is a water-based exterior wall emulsion that offers superior adhesion to exterior topcoats. It forms a tough film that helps provide a longer life for the overall paint system. This exterior emulsion does not chalk and can be easily applied on fully cured fresh plaster. It provides extra whiteness and excellent opacity, helping create a clean and attractive finish on exterior walls.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

CLEANING: Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, dust, or grease. Any previous growth of fungus, algae, or moss needs to be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water.

FILLING: Surface imperfections such as holes, dents, fine cracks are to be filled with Homeland paints Wall Putty or a mixture of white cement & fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3).

PRIMER: Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. On such surfaces, apply one coat of Homeland paints Exterior Wall Primer by thinning 1 liter of primer with 1 liter of water. Allow the Exterior Wall Primer to dry for 4 hours.

TOPCOAT: Apply 2-3 coats by diluting 1 liter with a maximum of 750ml of water. A gap of 4-6 hours should be given between two coats. Ensure that horizontal surfaces like the top of windows, ledges, and other horizontal surfaces are painted with an additional coat for greater protection.

MAINTENANCE TIPS: For the best performance of the paint, ensure proper washing and cleaning of all algal and fungal growth at regular intervals of six months.
